The Festive Lighting Company is a leading provider of commercial festive lighting across the UK and Ireland. We work with local authorities, town centres, and commercial clients to design, deliver, and install large\-scale lighting displays that transform spaces and create memorable experiences.

As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our operational team to support increasing project demand and improve how we deliver at scale.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of our festive lighting projects from confirmed order through to completion.

This is a delivery\-focused role, working within a structured operations team to ensure projects are planned, tracked, and executed effectively. You will act as the central coordination point between customers, internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones

  • Managing day\-to\-day project activity from order confirmation through to installation

  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers during the delivery phase

  • Liaising with operations, warehouse, and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly

  • Monitoring progress and identifying risks or issues early

  • Supporting and conducting site surveys and project handovers from the sales team

  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely and in line with company standards

  • Supporting reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement across projects

  • Occasional site visits during peak season
How You’ll Work

You’ll be working closely with the Head of Operations and wider team, operating within a clear structure where:

  • You coordinate delivery and keep projects on track

  • The operations team supports logistics, stock, and execution

  • Clear communication and organisation are critical to success
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in project coordination, project management, or similar delivery roles

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once

  • Proactive approach to problem solving and issue management

  • Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, operational environment
Desirable:
  • Experience working with contractors, logistics, or installation\-based projects

  • Familiarity with CRM or project tracking systems (e.g. Pipedrive)

  • Understanding of health \& safety processes (e.g. RAMS)

  • Minimum of 5\-years of experience in Project Management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
