The Project Delivery Manager, Supply Chain supports QVC International , and leads the delivery of supply chain and intralogistics projects across operations .

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in Knowsley, Liverpool two days a week .
What You'll Do
------------------
- Lead the end\-to\-end delivery of supply chain and intralogistics projects, ensuring successful implementation across all project phases, on time, within budget and aligned to intended business benefits
- Define, document and manage technical and non\-technical project requirements in partnership with operational stakeholders, IT teams and external suppliers where required
- Create and maintain project budgets, timelines, governance materials and status reporting for managers, project sponsors and steering committees
- Coordinate cross\-functional teams across areas such as logistics operations, IT and finance, ensuring clear communication, alignment and follow\-through on actions and milestones
- Evaluate project ideas, support feasibility studies and concept development, and help shape innovative operational solutions within supply chain and logistics environments

- Proven project management experience within logistics, supply chain or intralogistics , with experience delivering projects across multiple business functions
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies , including tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project and MS Office
- Degree\-level education in industrial engineering, business IT, business administration with a logistics focus , or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a matrix organisation
- Fluency in English , both written and spoken, with the ability to present clearly, influence stakeholders and drive progress in complex project environments
