Sugar Creative is a creative technology agency based in the UK, specialising in delivering projects for global clients that focus on emerging, advanced and immersive technologies.

We’ve collaborated with Ubisoft, Aardman, Dr. Seuss, Toyota, Allianz, Kingspan, BBC, and OSMO, crafting innovative experiences that push the boundaries of storytelling and technology.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to help us take our projects to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team, streamline workflows, and ensure our projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and with creative excellence.

Salary‍

£30,000 – £35,000 per year, depending on experience

What You’ll Do:‍

Lead and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring goals, budgets, and timelines are met.

Work closely with cross\-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.

Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions.

Streamline processes and enhance efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Keep the senior team informed with regular updates and insights.

What We’re Looking For:‍

Proven experience in project management, preferably in the Creative sector.

Strong organisational skills with a knack for multitasking.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Productive or relevant tools.

A problem\-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.

Bonus Skills‍

We’re especially interested in candidates who have creative skills and can contribute to simple tasks within the creative team.
