Project Manager – South / South East

P4HB is a specialist procurement, pre\-construction and delivery support business helping developers, contractors and property clients deliver projects more efficiently and successfully.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a practical and organised Project Manager – South / South East to take ownership of live project delivery across our current sites and growing pipeline throughout the South East region. This is a hands\-on role focused on keeping projects moving, coordinating suppliers and site teams, managing delivery programmes and ensuring projects are delivered professionally from start to finish.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing live construction projects from site start through to completion and handover.
Working closely with developers, site teams, suppliers, subcontractors and the wider P4HB team, you will coordinate project activity, manage material call\-offs, track progress, resolve issues and ensure projects remain on programme.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands construction delivery, enjoys problem\-solving and wants to take ownership of projects within a growing business.
Key ResponsibilitiesLive Project Delivery
- Take ownership of live South East projects from handover through to completion
- Coordinate site requirements, supplier actions and project activities
- Ensure projects are actively managed and progressing efficiently
- Act as the main operational contact for site teams
- Attend site meetings and provide project updates
- Build strong relationships with clients, developers and contractors
- Monitor project progress and milestones
- Identify upcoming delivery requirements and project risks
- Escalate issues and support effective solutions
- Coordinate material requirements and delivery schedules
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers
- Track lead times and resolve delivery issues
- Support snagging and remedial actions
- Manage closeout activities and final handovers
- Ensure projects are completed professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate project records and trackers
- Support weekly reporting and risk management
- Work closely with the Project Delivery Coordinator to maintain visibility across projects
- Construction project management experience
- Residential development or refurbishment experience
- Supplier and subcontractor management
- Site coordination and programme tracking
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence attending site meetings and working with stakeholders
- Procore experience
- Residential developer experience
- Procurement or material scheduling experience
- SME construction business experience
- Practical site background
- Experience managing multiple small and medium\-sized projects simultaneously
