Project Manager R&D (d/f/m)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (d/f/m) for our office in Düsseldorf to lead mid to large size development and industrialization projects. Your Responsibilities:
● Lead and develop international project teams with representatives from Category Management, Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and other departments
● Act as the central coordinator responsible for project quality, on-time delivery, and budget compliance
● Ensure high visibility of your projects throughout the organization and maintain regular direct contact with top management and board level
● Participate in initiatives to redefine and improve project management processes, methods, and tools
● Contribute to the development and implementation of a best-in-class project management system that ensures the highest standards of transparency and efficiency
Your profile:
● You have a university degree in the field of industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, business administration, or a comparable subject
● You have professional experience in the field of technical consumer goods, operational functions, project management, or consulting
● You are well-versed with common Google applications and ideally have experience with project-related transactions in SAP/R3
● You are a strong communicator with emotional intelligence, empathy, and intercultural competence
● You convince with the ability to work independently and solve complex problems
● You are business fluent in German and English (written and spoken); a third language is appreciated
