As an Employeneur in the ProD team, you will work on production development alongside our clients around Stockholm. The tasks are varied and include project management, design, problem\-solving, and process coordination. Working together with others in a dynamic environment with interdisciplinary fields sharpens your technical skills as well as your social abilities when collaborating with your colleagues.

What we expect from you
---------------------------

We are curious about you if you are a graduate engineer or hold a master's degree in engineering, and we prefer that you have worked for 5 years as a designer or in project management. Since the work involves continuous improvements, this is something you are passionate about and find interesting. We assume that you are fluent in both English and Swedish. It is advantageous if you have prior experience in: \- Mechanical design \- Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems such as OAS/FRAS \- Experience in the automotive industry, defense, or energy sectors \- Agile project management / Scrum
