Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About Revolve Labs

Revolve Labs is a Cambridge\-based health\-tech and immersive learning company specialising in Virtual Reality training, 360 video and immersive digital education for healthcare, med\-tech and the NHS.

We work with clinical, healthcare and industry partners to develop high\-quality immersive experiences that support education, training and engagement.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager \& Producer to join our team on a part\-time basis, working three days per week. This is a hands\-on role for someone who is confident managing projects from planning through to delivery and who can coordinate creative, technical and client\-facing work effectively.

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.

The Role

As Project Manager \& Producer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of Revolve Labs projects, ensuring that projects are properly planned, communicated and delivered to the required standard.

The role combines project management, production coordination and client communication. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners and clients to keep projects progressing, manage priorities and ensure that agreed deliverables are delivered effectively.

This is a practical delivery role rather than a purely administrative project management position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility for coordinating moving parts, identifying issues early and keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Plan and coordinate projects from initial brief through to completion.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and task lists.

Coordinate activities across creative, production, design and technical workstreams.

Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and deliverables.

Maintain clear project documentation, action logs and status updates.

Identify potential risks, dependencies, delays or bottlenecks and escalate them appropriately.

Coordinate priorities across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are clearly communicated.

Support project reviews and maintain accurate records of decisions and actions.

Production

Coordinate the production and delivery of immersive healthcare projects, including VR, 360 video and other digital content.

Manage production schedules and coordinate the people, resources and activities required for delivery.

Liaise with internal and external production, creative and technical contributors.

Coordinate filming days, production activities, client meetings and other project requirements where necessary.

Track project assets, feedback, revisions and approvals throughout the production process.

Support quality checks and ensure agreed deliverables are ready for client review and final delivery.

Help ensure that projects move efficiently from concept and planning through production, review and completion.

Client \& Partner Coordination

Act as a clear point of contact for project\-related communication where required.

Coordinate communication between Revolve Labs, clients and external partners.

Arrange and support project meetings, briefings and review sessions.

Capture and communicate actions, decisions, deadlines and responsibilities following meetings.

Manage project feedback and ensure that agreed changes are communicated to the relevant team members.

Maintain professional and responsive communication throughout project delivery.

Team Coordination

Work closely with the Revolve Labs team to ensure everyone has the information and resources required to deliver their work.

Help establish clear priorities and deadlines across project workstreams.

Follow up on outstanding actions and dependencies.

Support effective collaboration between creative, technical and healthcare\-focused contributors.

Contribute to improving project management and production processes as the company develops.

What We Are Looking For

You should be able to demonstrate experience of coordinating projects from planning through to delivery and working effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.

Virtual Reality, immersive technology or 360 video.
