POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a high\-profile international launch programme focused on building and delivering a brand\-new membership and digital ecosystem in the US.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a major digital transformation project spanning membership technology, ticketing, customer identity, CRM integrations, reporting, websites, data capture and operational readiness.

CONTRACT DETAILS
- 6\-month engagement (with strong potential to extend)
- Immediate start
- 3 days per week
- Ideal for freelancers, consultants or professionals looking to join a major transformation programme alongside other commitment
- Flexible hybrid working model (remote \+ key onsite sessions where required)
- Initial project onboarding and delivery activity will require onsite attendance at Goodwood, Chichester approximately 3 days per week during the first phase of the programme, with the role becoming increasingly remote and flexible as the project progresses. Candidates should be comfortable travelling to site as required.
You’ll play a critical role in launching a new digital membership ecosystem, managing delivery across multiple technology and operational workstreams including:
- Membership App implementation
- Website launch \& data capture journey
- Single Sign On integration
- CRM \& marketing integrations
- Ticketing \& payments setup
- Microsoft 365 tenant deployment
- Reporting via client reporting solution
- Supplier coordination across multiple global partners
- You’ll work closely with internal leadership teams, delivery partners and suppliers to ensure milestones are met and launch readiness stays on track.
- Own and manage the integrated delivery roadmap across technology, data and operational workstreams
- Coordinate suppliers, stakeholders and third\-party vendors across the US and UK
- Drive website and membership launch readiness
- Manage governance, RAID logs, reporting and delivery tracking
- Oversee integrations between platforms including CRM, ticketing, SSO and marketing systems
- Coordinate testing, UAT, defect management and cutover activities
- Ensure risks, dependencies and blockers are proactively managed and escalated where needed
- Support operational readiness and transition into BAU support
- Strong experience delivering complex digital or technology transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Experience managing cross\-functional technology ecosystems
- Comfortable operating in fast\-paced, evolving project environments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with customer platforms, memberships, ticketing, CRM or digital products is highly advantageous
