The opportunity

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can confidently steer creative projects from brief to delivery, keeping clients happy, the studio supported, and the work on track. Simple!

You’ll sit right at the heart of the agency, balancing client needs with creative direction, and making sure great ideas don’t get lost in messy timelines or unclear decisions. We want someone comfortable taking ownership, who communicates clearly, and thrives in a collaborative environment where everyone pulls in the same direction.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Managing projects across branding, events and digital, end to end


• Building clear plans, timelines and budgets that everyone understands


• Keeping multiple projects running smoothly at the same time


• Acting as a key point of contact for clients on delivery and progress


• Balancing client expectations with the creative vision of the studio


• Spotting risks early and solving problems before they escalate


• Keeping project plans and schedules accurate and up to date

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Project Manager role, ideally within a creative agency


• Strong organisational skills alongside excellent communication


• Confident working independently, but always with backup (if needed)


• A calm, considered approach \- especially when things get busy (no headless chickens)


• Someone who values teamwork and collaboration


• Comfortable supporting events on site with occasional UK and international travel


• A natural problem solver who enjoys a challenge (we have plenty)

• Hybrid working (office\-based four days a week, remote on Fridays)


• Early finish Fridays! (We clock off at 12\.30pm)
