Your Career

Lead the delivery of high\-impact SaaS implementation projects that help organisations transform the way they manage their people and payroll. As a Project Manager at MHR, you'll take ownership of complex customer implementations, guiding projects from kick\-off to go\-live while building trusted relationships with stakeholders. If you enjoy driving successful outcomes, solving challenges and delivering real value for customers, this is a role where you can make a genuine difference.

Your Team

You'll join an established team of Project Managers, working closely with consultants, Customer Success, Sales and technical teams to deliver seamless implementations. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring every project delivers measurable business value.

 

Your Impact

You'll be the driving force behind successful SaaS deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest governance standards. By managing risks, stakeholder expectations and project performance, you'll help customers realise value faster while strengthening long\-term partnerships with MHR.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a confident Project Manager, successfully delivering multiple SaaS implementation projects simultaneously.


• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted, effective relationships with customers and internal teams.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


• Strong organisational, project control and governance capabilities, with proven experience managing IT programmes from initiation through implementation and into support, including working effectively through formal stage gates and governance reviews.


• Demonstrable experience managing project plans, budgets, risks, resources and dependencies to deliver successful outcomes.


• Demonstrable experience managing scope, change control, risks, issues and dependencies across complex customer implementations, with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively.


• Strong commercial awareness and a customer\-first mindset, with a focus on delivering value and positive customer outcomes.


• A formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent is essential.


• Experience delivering HR, Payroll or HCM software implementations would be advantageous.
