With a strong reputation for reliability and technical expertise, we are looking to strengthen our projects team with a Project Manager based in our Kildare office.

The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects from order through to completion. You will manage project teams, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle across multiple installations


• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation


• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards


• Manage and develop engineers and site teams


• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders


• Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and delivery performance


• Ensure compliance with health \& safety regulations and industry standards


• Monitor financial performance, including cost control and reporting

• Proven experience in project management or as a lead engineer with relevant products


• Background in construction, engineering, or building products (experience with doors, automation, or similar systems is highly desirable)


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent organisational and problem\-solving abilities


• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and margins


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


• Familiarity with site operations and installation environments

• Experience with automated doors, steel doors, access systems, or related products


• Experience in the delivery of complex projects
