As part of our team you will...

- take charge of the development and optimization of metal products in the F/LIST portfolio and further develop existing expertise.
- actively participate in ongoing projects alongside your colleagues and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of current projects.
- take charge of the procurement and management of raw materials and components for the metal portfolio.
- negotiate with suppliers and ensure the quality and cost\-efficiency of purchased materials.
- provide technical support for orders from the quotation phase through order processing and final acceptance.
- serve as the point of contact for customers, suppliers, and in\-house production in all technical and commercial matters.
- establish new customer and supplier contacts both domestically and internationally and maintain existing networks.

- have a technical degree (HTL in Mechanical Engineering or similar) or a master craftsman’s certificate (in metal construction technology).
- have several years of professional experience in project management in the metal industry and, as a result, already possess a business background.
- have an entrepreneurial mindset and approach, are a strong negotiator, and present yourself professionally.
- demonstrate a team\-oriented, solution\-focused, and structured work style and are reliable in meeting deadlines.
- have good MS Office skills as well as experience with ERP and CRM systems. Ideally, you also have experience with CAD software (AutoCAD 2D).
- are willing to travel regularly (1–2 day business trips per week domestically and internationally) and are fluent in German and English.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 58\.000,\- gross p.a. on a full\-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
