For Nipro Medical, we are looking for an Project Manager who is experienced, hands\-on, and communicative to join us in our R\&D team, based in our EMEA headquarters office in Mechelen, Belgium.
About the role
You will take full ownership of complex medical device development projects—from concept to product launch—ensuring timely, compliant, and high\-quality delivery. You will act as the key link between engineering, quality, manufacturing, and commercial teams, driving execution and decision\-making.
How you will contribute
Project Planning and execution (30%)
- Lead end\-to\-end development projects from concept to product launch
- Build integrated project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Drive execution to meet scope, timeline, and quality objectives
- Monitor project performance using key milestones and structured reporting
- Lead project reviews and governance meetings
- Ensure compliance with development and quality standards
- Coordinate cross\-functional resources across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams
- Identify and escalate resource gaps or constraints
- Act as the main point of contact for key project stakeholders
- Communicate project progress, risks, and decisions clearly
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively
- Drive mitigation plans and escalate critical issues
- Monitor project budgets and track financial performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices
- Communicate progress and key decisions to stakeholders
- .Degree in engineering or related field
- Experience in product development project management
- Experience in regulated industries
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to drive execution in complex environments
- Solid project planning and risk management expertise
- Experience in medical devices is strong plus
- Certificate in project management
