Post Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager support our ongoing and future project needs. The role of Project Manager is a high visibility role requiring highly developed professional, strategic, operational, cost, contract and project management skills to deliver the University’s ongoing major capital development programme.

The purpose of the role is to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with heritage and regulatory standards. Successful candidates will bring expertise in project management and a passion for heritage conservation.

Reporting directly to the Head of Capital Projects \& Planning, the Project Manager will be expected to ensure the highest quality of project management, leadership and coaching of project managers in the group, quality reporting, risk management, stakeholder management and scrupulous adherence to TCD governance procedures.

The role is the central point of all inputs and outputs to the project, in conjunction with the other officers, committees and positions relating to a capital project as set out in the University’s Programme Management Office manual.

Post status: Permanent Contract

Hours of Post: 35 hours per week

Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 1 (Points 1\-6\), Salary Scale ( €70,942 \- €112,331 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
