Project Manager (m/f/d) – Building Management Systems

Main Responsibilities

• Manage Controls projects from handover through final acceptance.


• Plan, coordinate and monitor project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget and according to quality standards.


• Act as the primary operational contact for customers during project execution.


• Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors and suppliers.


• Prepare and review technical documentation, functional descriptions and project deliverables.


• Support commissioning activities and resolve technical issues when required.


• Monitor project financial performance, including variations, additional works and margin protection.


• Ensure compliance with Johnson Controls EHS, quality and operational processes.


• Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience in project management within Building Automation, BMS, HVAC controls or industrial automation.


• Strong technical understanding of automation systems, control architecture and field devices.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a customer\-facing environment.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.


• Fluent French / English required.


• English professional level preferred.


• German is considered an advantage.


• PMP, IPMA or equivalent project management certification would be beneficial.

• Proactive and solution\-oriented mindset.


• Strong ownership and accountability.


• Ability to remain effective under pressure.


• Customer\-focused with excellent stakeholder management skills.


• Team player capable of working across functions and regions.
