As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join the team.

The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while supporting the company’s strategic objectives and client expectations.

The Day to Day

· Lead the day to day management of construction projects from pre\-construction through to handover

· Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resource plans

· Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery

· Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes

· Ensure all works are delivered in line with health and safety regulations and company standards

· Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

· Manage project reporting, including progress updates, cost tracking, and programme reviews

· Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure works meet required specifications and standards

· Support procurement activities and subcontractor performance management

· Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice across projects

Who are you?

· Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

· Proven experience managing construction projects from pre\-construction through to completion

· Strong understanding of construction methods, project lifecycles, and site operations

· Knowledge of contract administration, budgeting, procurement, and commercial management

· SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred

· Strong understanding of UK health \& safety regulations and compliance standards

· Proficient in project planning and reporting software, including Microsoft Project or Asta Powerproject

· Full UK driving licence preferred

· Proven ability to manage programmes, budgets, risks, and resources effectively

· Capable of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
