Project Manager

Accountabilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously, overseeing all phases from discovery and planning to deployment and transition to Customer Success.


• Ensure projects remain aligned with agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.


• Lead customer-facing meetings, including status updates, steering committees, and project reviews, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.


• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring responsibilities, dependencies, and deadlines are clearly defined and effectively managed.


• Utilize AI tools and workflow automation to streamline project administration, reporting, stakeholder communications, and operational tasks.


• Monitor project performance, analyze data, and develop forecasting processes to identify potential delivery challenges and resource constraints early.


• Manage escalations effectively, collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.


• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems to provide visibility into project health, capacity, and resource planning.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies, templates, best practices, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Project Management, ideally within SaaS implementations, professional services, consulting, or customer-facing technology environments.


• Strong understanding of core project management principles, including scope management, planning, risk management, change control, stakeholder communication, and status reporting.


• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational effectiveness.


• Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders in implementation or delivery-focused roles.


• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar solutions, with a willingness to integrate AI into daily workflows.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


• Experience using modern project management platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, Notion, Rocketlane, Precursive, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools.


• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, multicultural, and asynchronous work environment while demonstrating ownership and accountability.


• Availability to collaborate across European and North American business hours.


• Experience with workflow automation tools, AI agents, Salesforce-based implementations, hospitality technology, or SaaS solutions is considered an advantage.


• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are a plus.


• Additional European language skills are beneficial.
