Project Manager

Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously, overseeing all phases from project initiation through deployment and handover.


• Coordinate project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.


• Facilitate customer meetings, steering committees, and status reviews while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.


• Collaborate closely with technical specialists, implementation consultants, solution engineers, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.


• Utilize AI-powered tools and automation to improve project efficiency, streamline reporting, and enhance project visibility.


• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks proactively, and drive escalation processes when required.


• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting systems, and operational data to support decision-making and portfolio management.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, templates, best practices, and delivery processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of project management experience, ideally within SaaS implementations, professional services, consulting, or technology-driven environments.


• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals including scope management, planning, risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication.


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.


• Experience working directly with external customers and managing client-facing project delivery activities.


• Proficiency with project management platforms and collaboration tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Notion, Smartsheet, Rocketlane, Precursive, or similar solutions.


• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or related technologies, with a willingness to integrate AI into daily workflows.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.


• Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in remote and multicultural environments.


• Availability to collaborate across European and North American business hours.
