Project Manager – Interior Fit Out & Natural Stone (Marble) Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the interior fit‑out sector and a strong technical understanding of natural stone, particularly marble finishes. You will lead the delivery of high‑end residential and luxury commercial projects, ensuring exceptional quality, precise detailing, and seamless coordination from pre‑construction through to handover.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, design‑driven environment and understands the unique challenges of managing stone packages within complex fit‑out programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery — Manage full project lifecycle including planning, procurement, installation, and handover.

Stone Package Management — Oversee natural stone works, ensuring accuracy in setting‑out, fabrication, logistics, and installation.

Client \& Stakeholder Coordination — Act as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, architects, and contractors.

Quality Assurance — Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, finish quality, and compliance.

Programme \& Cost Control — Monitor progress, assist with managing variations, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Health \& Safety Leadership — Ensure all site activities meet H\&S requirements and company procedures.

Essential Experience \& Skills

Interior Fit Out Experience — Minimum 3 years managing projects in high‑end residential or luxury commercial environments.

Natural Stone Knowledge — Strong understanding of marble types, fabrication processes, tolerances, and installation methods.

Technical Drawings — Ability to interpret architectural drawings, stone schedules, and workshop details.

Leadership — Confident managing site teams, subcontractors, and specialist installers.

Communication — Clear, professional communication with clients and design teams.

Problem Solving — Ability to resolve technical challenges quickly and effectively.
