About the Role
You will lead a development initiative focused on automation, digitalisation and converting process integration. The assignment centers on centralizing the configuration of quality parameters and creating a scalable way to manage industrial process data across a global production environment.
You will work in a technically advanced industrial setting where digital solutions, production processes and cross-functional collaboration need to come together. The role includes coordination with both central and local stakeholders worldwide, with real opportunity to influence delivery, structure and implementation. Job DescriptionYou will lead project execution and secure delivery in line with the defined project scope and objectives.
You will plan the work in phases, set milestones and drive progress with focus on quality, timing and budget.
You will manage deliverables in a SAFe and hybrid setup together with scrum, kanban and agile development teams.
You will drive project governance, risk management and productivity through structured ways of working and the right tools.
You will manage dependencies and priorities across teams to keep delivery aligned and moving forward.
You will secure clear project communication and documentation, and present status updates in sprint reviews and governance forums.
You will collaborate closely with implementation teams and contribute in product increment and sprint planning.
You will capture lessons learned and help improve processes and tools for future deliveries.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Automation, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a similar discipline, alternatively equivalent experience.
PM certification.
At least 5 years Project Management experience.
Experience with budgeting, fiscal management and project planning.
Experience leading delivery in a SAFe or hybrid organization using scrum, kanban and agile development teams.
Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to complete a drug test before the assignment begins.
