Project Manager - Health Tech (THRIVE)
*About Inform People*
Inform People is a fast\-growing UK technology company working directly with the NHS. Our flagship product, THRIVE, helps NHS diagnostic and procedure teams understand what is really happening in their rooms day to day. The data collected and reported on shows the operational picture that helps them treat more patients, cut waiting times and make the case for change. THRIVE is already live across multiple NHS regions and launching in new locations regularly.
At Inform People we are a small, close team. Everyone understands how the whole business works, and everyone gets stuck in.
*About the role*
This is a hands\-on role with real purpose. You will help NHS teams get the most out of THRIVE. From getting them set up in the first place, to supporting them through their first months, while building the kind of relationships that turn a new site into a genuine advocate. The tool itself is simple to learn; the skill is in working well with people, spotting what each site needs, and helping them use their data to improve.
You will start by working closely with our CEO and other THRIVE focused team members while learning about the product and the NHS context. Once you are up to speed, you will take on your own client relationships and travel to meet teams in person. Over time, we will support you to specialise in a particular clinical area, such as Physiological Sciences, so you can become a trusted expert who can share best practice and help drive real improvement across the NHS through their use of THRIVE.
This is genuinely a role where you can be a catalyst for meaningful change in the health service.
*What you will do*
- Work closely with the CEO at the start while learning about THRIVE and Inform People’s relationship with the NHS
- Onboard new NHS sites who are launching their use of THRIVE and support them through setup, training and their first months of use.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with NHS clients; a mix of remote over the phone and video calls and at first jointly in person. Eventually, independently managing your own set of client relationships.
- Travel to client sites to meet teams, run training, and support improvement work.
- Help sites interpret their data and turn it into practical improvements.
- Handle challenging conversations well. This will including saying "no, that's not something we do", then helping the client find a workable alternative, and staying positive in the face of resistance or negativity.
- Develop a specialism in a chosen clinical discipline so you can share best practice and promote improvement across sites and regions.
- Support report production and reviews, and feed client insight back into the wider team.
We have a clear plan: a team of specialists, each covering a clinical discipline, all helping the NHS improve. You will start broad as you develop an understanding of the product and every role. Growing into a specialism that is yours. There is real scope to shape the role and develop as the team expands.
