With projects ranging from £5 million to £10 million across Cambridgeshire and London, this is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team of professionals who strive to deliver flexible solutions to their clients.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of projects at all stages, allowing you to develop into a well-rounded professional while supporting the growth of the company and your career. You will have the chance to work with a team of highly skilled and talented individuals, contributing to the successful delivery of projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need a can-do attitude, a proactive approach to project management, and an innovative mindset when it comes to problem-solving for clients. You should be commercially driven, customer-centric, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project life cycles. As a Project Manager, you will also have the ability to understand and clarify client requirements, and adapt to various project approaches.
What you'll get in return
The salary for this role is £35,000-£50,000, dependent on experience, with a discretionary bonus. You will enjoy flexible working arrangements, with support to adapt to your needs. While there is flexibility, site visits will be expected.

In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays and an 8% pension package.
