Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities for an onsite engagement in Eindhoven, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to drive teams toward successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall project schedule, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Drive team members to complete assigned tasks and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project dependencies, issues, risks, and action items.
- Ensure effective communication between business, technical, and project teams.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, status reports, and other project\-related records.
- Support successful project delivery while ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are maintained.
- Proven experience in a Senior Project Management role.
- Strong experience managing project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and drive tasks to completion.
- Strong problem\-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- PMP certification is required/preferred.
- Experience with Application Migration projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
- Experience managing application migration, infrastructure, or technology transformation projects.
- Experience working with international or cross\-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and project governance.
Pay: €2\.987,62 \- €6\.754,56 per month
