Job Description

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead industrial projects end\-to\-end. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from initial scoping through successful handover.

Primary duties

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients, engineering teams and business development stakeholders.


• Act as the primary client interface: communicate project status, manage expectations, escalate issues appropriately, and foster long\-term partnership relationships.


• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation, adapting proactively to changes in scope or priorities.


• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and on\-budget delivery.


• Identify and mitigate project risks and technical challenges early, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.


• Monitor project KPIs and financial performance; prepare progress reports and present updates to management and clients.


• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Science\-related field.


• Project Management certification (Agile is a plus).


• 1\+ years of experience in Project Management.


• High level in English and Spanish (other languages such as French are a big plus).


• Knowledge on project management software (ClickUp, Jira, etc)


• Being an excellent team player.


• Good knowledge of Google drive suite (excel, spreadsheets, etc)


• Soft skills: organization, communication, leadership, motivation, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, proactivity.

• Experience as a Project Manager in industrial projects.


• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

• Permanent full\-time contract. 37\.5 hours/week \- At PAL, we believe in work\-life balance and in order for every one of our employees to benefit, from 2024 we have pledged to work 2\.5 hours less every week.

• Salary range: €32,000 – €38,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Exceptional candidates with relevant experience may be considered above this range.
