Project Manager (for Global Events company)

One of our key event services is the delivery of one\-to\-one meetings at international trade shows, supported by our in\-house, purpose built event platform.
We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to deliver event platforms on spec, on time and in budget. Working primarily from our offices in Clevedon, this role requires a highly motivated and hands\-on individual with strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail. The scope of the services we provide means some domestic and international travel is expected.
You'll have great communication skills, ensuring our clients are always kept informed and receiving a top\-level service. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone with a technical background.

Key responsibilities include:
\- Carrying out the build of projects on our digital event platform to ensure event organisers, exhibitors and delegates maximise on the networking opportunities we offer.
\- Offering professional guidance to clients to ensure we build a quality product that is suited to their event’s sector, users and objectives.
\- Delivering presentations to clients and platform users and training on its functionalities to encourage engagement.
\- Communicating with the Development team to keep up to date with platform’s new features and recommend improvements.
\- Communicating with the Customer Experience team to ensure they are familiar with each project and can deliver networking services effectively.
\- Exceeding expectations in terms of product quality.
\- Ensuring that internal systems and processes are maintained.
Experience and skill requirements:
· Project Management Experience (minimum 5 years)
. Previous trade show experience is preferrable
· Great communication and presentation skills \- written and verbal
· Effective planning and organisation
· Confident building relationships with clients and their partners/customers
· Ability to work under pressure
. Flexibility to work in different time zones when required
. Strong problem\-solving skills / engineering background
. A keen interest in data manipulation would be useful
. Due to the international scope of this role, full working proficiency in a second language would be advantageous

Work Location: In Person, Clevedon. 1 day per week WFH
