Project Manager \- Finance Projects

In your role, you will drive finance transformation initiatives and support the continuous improvement of global AT\&S Finance processes. Working closely with international stakeholders, you will lead projects that enhance standardization, automation, digitalization, and operational excellence across the Finance organization.
Your Responsibilities
-------------------------
- Lead and manage finance\-related projects and global rollouts from planning through successful implementation.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, standardization, and automation within Finance.
- Analyze existing finance processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digitalization.
- Act as PMO for finance projects and ensure effective stakeholder communication and project coordination.
- Support the implementation of finance policies, controls, and governance standards.
- Coordinate and deliver trainings, create documentation, and promote best\-practice sharing across Finance teams.
- Act as SAP Finance Key User and support system\-related improvements and implementations.
- Support finance transformation activities and additional projects assigned by management.

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting within an international manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, accounting standards, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in project management, system implementations, and finance transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills with a structured working approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Fluent English skills combined with a proactive, hands\-on, and self\-driven mindset.
