We are looking for a Project Manager in the pharma field for the management of CAPEX projects: planning (Gantt), monitoring of timelines/costs, change control management (TrackWise), stakeholder and risk management.

About this vacancy

You will be responsible for:

• Drafting Gantt charts for capex projects by breaking down the project into sub\-elements, identifying timelines, owners, and the critical path


• Monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with scope, Gantt, and the approved budget


• Preparing preliminary information necessary for initiating change control in collaboration with various company functions involved


• Opening the change control in the Trackwise system and managing it throughout its natural lifecycle


• Defining and tracking project/program risks, implementing a risk register, and managing potential mitigation actions


• Conducting periodic structured project meetings with various internal stakeholders and/or suppliers, sharing agendas in advance, and tracking actions, due dates, and potential project risks


• Ensuring effective reporting to the client company (workstream leader, engineering manager, and global leaders) regarding the status of ongoing projects


• Ensuring adequate involvement of stakeholders in all critical project phases, interacting with various stakeholders, promoting communication among them, and proactively resolving issues

What we expect from you
---------------------------

• Degree in engineering or equivalent expertise acquired through extensive experience in project management (solid oral field preferred)


• 5\+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector within the engineering domain


• Project management certification required (at least ISIPM, PMP certification preferred)


• Excellent knowledge of Project software, including multi\-project environments, Trackwise, and MS Office tools


• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

\- Strong result orientation \- Proactiveness and a good level of autonomy

• Knowledge of Autocad 2D is considered a preferred qualification


• Good command of the English language


• Availability to work at the Pomezia office for at least 4 out of 5 days per week
