As the Project Manager for Enet, you will support the Technical Project Manager in the delivery of Key Strategic Network delivery projects for the Speed Fibre Group. As the Project Manager, you will also be assigned to sub projects that you will be responsible for delivering. You will also be travelling to various Enet sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Technical Project Manager on the delivery of key strategic fibre build projects.

  • Provide operational support to Service Delivery Manager as required.

  • Liaise with 3rd Party Telco’s regarding works on enet Network, assisting with design queries and supervising works.

  • Manage customer communications and provide updates as and when required.

  • Obtain necessary public and private way\-leave relevant to each project.

  • Manage Health and Safety requirements for each project to ensure that HS is in line with current legislation.

  • Manage contractors, suppliers and third\-party infrastructure providers.

  • Manage civil engineering, fibre cabling, fibre splicing, testing and commissioning activities.

  • Coordinate installation teams across live new build environments.

  • Support the Technical Project Manager in developing and maintaining project governance, such as
+ Maintaining project RAID documentations.
+ Project plan development and progress tracking
+ Budget management
+ Managing change control
+ Stakeholder management
+ Project reporting
  • Produce weekly and monthly project reporting.

  • Submit ROL applications to Local Authorities on MRL and attend any pre\-works site meetings to establish TM/Reinstatement/Working Hours.
Required Skills/Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar Project Management role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline is advantageous.

  • Recognized Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, APM or equivalent).

  • Good knowledge of Civils, Fibre Cabling Splicing.

  • Strong ability to manage contractors, suppliers and 3rd party vendors.
