About the role
------------------

University College London (UCL) wishes to appoint a Project Manager for the Empower Ukraine project. The post holder will be based at The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction at the Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment, a world\-leading faculty ranked \#1 in the world for Built Environment studies and \#1 in the UK for its research environment. The post holder will lead the operational delivery of the Empower Ukraine project, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of programme activities, including MOOCs, CPD delivery, stakeholder engagement, and international partnerships consistent with the vision and mission of The School.

This role is full time employment with FTC for 14 months till 31 July 2027 with start date asap.

Interviews to be held on 16th June.

About you
-------------

The successful applicant will be expected to be fluent in both Ukrainian and English, have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and support decision\-making.

The appointee is required to have a degree\-level qualification or equivalent experience in project management, business administration, or a related to civil engineering/architecture/construction field as well as proven experience of delivering complex projects, ideally within higher education, research, or externally funded programmes.

They will also have experience of delivering digital education initiatives (e.g. MOOCs, CPD programmes) project planning, governance, reporting, risk management and managing budgets and resources within funded projects The successful candidate will be able to work harmoniously with staff and students of all cultures and backgrounds and possess excellent stakeholder liaison and/or public engagement skills.
