What you'll do
------------------

• Lead power infrastructure projects across your region, from quoting to handover


• Plan and schedule installation work involving both low\-voltage (LV) and high\-voltage (HV) systems


• Spend real time on site with the crews. Understand the job in the field, not just in the project plan


• Own the commercial side: scope, pricing, change orders, and the customer conversation


• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, HSE and documentation so projects land on time, on budget, and safely


• Build relationships with grid operators, contractors and clients that come back project after project

• You've delivered your first independent projects safely and within budget


• Your crew and your customers know you, trust you, and pick up the phone when you call


• You're quoting and scoping new work without holding anyone's hand


• You're already the person other new Project Managers come to with questions

What would make you stand out

• Summer jobs or internships with an electrical contractor, utility, or construction company


• Thesis or coursework focused on grid infrastructure, renewables, or HV installations


• Exposure to project economics, tendering, or contract work


• Roots in Bergen, Bodø or Oslo \- you plan to stay

What we need from you
-------------------------

• Engineering degree, electrical power, electrotechnology, energy, or related


• Solid grounding in low\- and high\-voltage systems through your studies, thesis, or internships


• Strong technical understanding paired with commercial instinct


• Hands\-on and can\-do attitude


• Professional proficiency in Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language) and English is required, as day\-to\-day work is conducted primarily in Norwegian
