Project Manager – Fit Out Contractor

We are seeking a motivated and driven Project Manager to join our growing fit\-out team, delivering commercial interior and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors.

This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, with previous contractor\-side experience within the fit\-out or construction industry.

Alongside managing projects on site, the successful candidate will also support the commercial team by assisting with the costing and pricing of smaller works packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing fit\-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion


• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams


• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget


• Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders


• Supporting with estimating and costing smaller projects and variations


• Monitoring programme schedules and reporting project progress


• Maintaining high standards of quality and health \& safety on site

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Project Manager role


• Previous contractor\-side experience essential


• Fit\-out/interiors experience preferred


• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Commercial awareness with an understanding of project costing


• Full UK driving licence preferred
