As part of our DMC Cities team, you will play a key role in designing and delivering outstanding MICE, sports events, and corporate travel experiences across Spain.

Your Mission

To lead the end\-to\-end development and execution of MICE and Sports Events projects, transforming client briefings into creative, high\-value proposals while ensuring operational excellence, supplier optimization, and exceptional service delivery.

What will you do on a daily basis?

• Develop innovative and high\-level proposals for MICE and Sports Events clients.


• Manage projects from initial briefing through execution and final delivery.


• Coordinate all stakeholders involved in each project, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.


• Source and negotiate with hotels, venues, DMC suppliers, transportation providers, and event partners.


• Analyze and negotiate contracts, booking conditions, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and operational deadlines.


• Identify and secure unique and exclusive venues across Spain, tailored to client objectives and brand strategy.


• Conduct strategic pricing analysis to deliver the best quality\-price ratio and alternative solutions for clients.


• Ensure high service standards, attention to detail, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


• Lead onsite operations when required and oversee successful event execution.


• Work within productivity, efficiency, and KPI frameworks established by the DMC Cities unit and W2M.

What do we need from you?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DMC, MICE, Events, or Corporate Travel project management.


• Proven experience creating and presenting proposals for corporate events, incentives, meetings, or sports events.


• Strong negotiation and contracting experience with suppliers and venues.


• Excellent destination and supplier knowledge within Spain.


• Experience sourcing unique and unconventional event venues.


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.


• Proactive, solution\-oriented mindset with strong decision\-making capabilities.


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.


• Advanced knowledge of Amadeus Selling Connect, including pricing, ticketing, reissues, group bookings, queues, Smart Flows, Smart Trigger, and Quality Monitor.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


• English and French level C1 (spoken and written).


• Availability to travel.

• Experience with Cvent, Dynamics, Avsis, and project management platforms.


• Knowledge of accommodation banks, rail booking systems, low\-cost airlines, ferry reservations, and travel insurance platforms.


• Experience in business development and prospect acquisition.


• Additional languages.


• Experience working within KPI\-driven environments.


• Familiarity with sustainability criteria when selecting suppliers and destinations.
