The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a major data centre / industrial installation project in Bielsko\-Biała, Poland.
This is a site\-based and delivery\-focused role. The successful candidate should have strong construction and engineering installation experience, together with a good understanding of Polish construction regulations, compliance requirements and site H\&S requirements.
Key Responsibilities
・Manage day\-to\-day project delivery and site activities.
・Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams.
・Coordinate electrical, MEP, containment, cabling, mechanical installation, welding, lifting and associated construction activities.
・Manage project programme, milestones, manpower and installation schedules.
・Monitor progress, quality, H\&S, compliance and project risks.
・Ensure site activities comply with applicable Polish construction regulations, H\&S requirements, permits, approvals and project standards.
・Coordinate required inspections, permits, certifications and construction documentation.
・Review drawings, specifications, RAMS / method statements and installation requirements.
・Identify potential construction compliance or regulatory issues before they impact project delivery.
・Liaise with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, inspectors and other relevant parties where required.
・Support sourcing and mobilisation of local Polish subcontractors and skilled labour.
・Manage testing, inspections, snagging and handover documentation.
Essential Requirements
・Proven Project Management experience in construction, MEP, industrial installation or data centre projects.
・Strong practical experience managing installation works on active construction sites.
・Previous construction/project delivery experience in Poland.
・Good working knowledge of Polish construction law, local construction regulations and compliance requirements.
・Understanding of site H\&S, permits, inspections, approvals, construction documentation and handover requirements in Poland.
・Ability to identify compliance risks and coordinate with relevant specialists, contractors or authorities when required.
・Strong experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
・Strong planning, coordination and practical problem\-solving skills.
・Good English communication skills.
・Ability to work predominantly on site in Bielsko\-Biała.
Strongly Preferred
・Polish language capability – strongly preferred.
・Based in or familiar with Bielsko\-Biała / Silesia / Southern Poland.
・Existing network of Polish subcontractors, engineers and skilled labour.
・Previous data centre construction or fit\-out experience.
・Electrical / MEP / containment / cabling installation experience.
・Experience with electricians, welders, lifting/rigging teams and specialist contractors.
・Experience dealing with Polish construction compliance, inspections and local authorities / regulatory bodies.
・Experience working with international clients and multicultural project teams.
Salary \& Package
£40,000–£60,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
The salary is flexible and may be adjusted for candidates with particularly strong experience in data centre construction, MEP / electrical installation, industrial projects, Polish construction regulations or site\-based project delivery.
Business travel and approved project\-related expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
The role is primarily site\-based in Bielsko\-Biała, Poland, and candidates should be comfortable working predominantly on site and travelling as required by the project.

We are looking for a hands\-on, site\-focused Project Manager who can take ownership of project delivery and work effectively in a fast\-paced construction environment.
The ideal candidate should not only be able to manage programmes, resources and subcontractors, but should also understand what is required to deliver construction and installation works legally, safely and compliantly in Poland.
We particularly value candidates who can identify local compliance requirements early, coordinate the necessary documentation and approvals, and ensure that subcontractors carry out their works in accordance with Polish regulations, project specifications and client standards.
*Polish\-speaking candidates with strong local construction networks, compliance knowledge and data centre / industrial project experience will be given preference.*
