Project Manager (d/m/w) Supply Chain & Procurement AIRBUS

We are looking for a talented and driven Project Manager (d/m/w) Supply Chain & Procurement to join the high-performing Airbus procurement team in Hamburg Finkenwerder. This full-time role offers you the opportunity to collaborate with international colleagues across Europe, including Portugal, Spain, UK, France, and Germany, in a dynamic and matrixed environment. In this position, you will lead complex projects, ensure stakeholder alignment, and drive digital transformation initiatives within the SAP ecosystem. This vacancy is offered through an employee secondment arrangement at Airbus Hamburg Finkenwerder.

Your tasks will be:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles within procurement and supply chain management in Hamburg Finkenwerder and beyond.


• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries and time zones for seamless project execution.


• Develop robust project plans, monitor deliverables, and use industry-standard PM tools effectively.


• Facilitate risk mitigation strategies while maintaining high-quality standards.


• Support digital transformation initiatives with SAP functionalities, fostering innovation.


• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders across multicultural environments.

VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

• A relevant degree in Project Management, Communication, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.


• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in supply chain management, procurement, and project leadership.


• Change management and process management knowledge; lean management as an asset.


• Demonstrable expertise with IT systems, especially SAP and Google Workspace functionalities.


• Excellent German and English language skills, both at negotiation level.


• Independent, results-oriented, and efficient working style for managing workflows and achieving timely objectives.


• High proficiency in stakeholder communication and coordination.
