Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A leading property and construction consultancy in London is looking for a Project Manager with strong Cat B fit out experience to join their growing team. This Project Manager will support the delivery of high-quality commercial workplace projects, working with well-known occupiers, landlords, and corporate clients across London.

The Project Manager will join an established project management team delivering fast-paced Cat B fit out schemes from inception through to completion. This Project Manager role would suit a confident Project Manager who has previously managed office fit out projects, understands stakeholder pressures, and can keep programmes, costs, contractors, and client expectations under control. The successful Project Manager will be client-facing, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a consultancy environment.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager's role The Project Manager will be responsible for managing Cat B workplace fit out projects across London, supporting clients from briefing and design coordination through to procurement, contract administration, delivery, handover, and close out.

The Project Manager will work closely with designers, cost consultants, contractors, building managers, occupiers, and wider project teams to ensure each scheme is delivered to a high standard. They will chair meetings, manage project programmes, monitor risks, oversee reporting, and ensure all key stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project Manager will also support business development activity, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the consultancy's commercial fit out offering.

The Project Manager The successful Project Manager will have:

• Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment


• Strong Cat B office fit out experience


• Commercial workplace project experience, ideally across London


• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a similar construction-related subject


• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards a relevant professional qualification


• Good knowledge of JCT contracts


• Strong communication, organisation, and client-facing skills


• The ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple stakeholders
