• Professional approach to customers and business partners;


• Proven experience managing IT or software projects in a complex environment


• University degree with a relevant focus or completed training/experience in the field;


• Very good spoken and written English; German is a strong advantage


• Experience in personnel management of small teams is beneficial;


• Experience in the financial or insurance industry is an advantage;


• Project Management certifications are an advantage.

As project manager you will:

• Lead projects including software development, system implementations, product development and delivery.


• Manage end\-to\-end project delivery using agile or waterfall methodologies, as appropriate.


• Take over the management and control of projects for our new and existing customers from the banking, insurance, as well as asset management industries.


• Implement customer\-specific requirements in coordination with your team and be responsible for running and overseeing the projects until they have been completely handed over to the customer.


• Actively participate in project setup / scope definition / legal, etc. before the project starts.


• Monitor the project progress, manage risks, and contribute to solving impediments across teams.


• Evaluate, prioritize, align and coordinate activities across teams, and take action to safeguard on\-time delivery.


• Connect the dots between customer, product, and tech whilst having the big picture of the company’s strategy in mind.
