We are always on the look\-out for talented individuals to join us at Churchill Integrated Services and in particular at the moment we are looking for a Project Manager (Building Services) to join the team at our offices in Bridgnorth, Shropshire.
As one of our Project Managers you will manage our construction and building projects (values up to £250k) ensuring that all works are completed to client specification and within building regulation standards.
Required
- SMSTS
- Level 6 construction management
- Trade qualification (e.g carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
- Care home refurbishments – decorating, plumbing, kitchen installs, bathroom installs, flooring, electrical rewiring, bedroom stud walling
- Office and commercial refurbishments
- Charity sector building maintenance, installations M\&E
- Planning and allocating labour needs in accordance with work schedules
- Identify resourcing requirements through direct staff and/or sub\-contractors
- Quality audits on site whilst work is being carried out, minimising the need for snagging
- H\&S responsibility, ensuring staff adhere to site rules, company guidelines and method statements. RAMS
- Ordering materials through the Company procurement process, ensuring materials are available as and when required and within the estimation budgets
- Provide support to engineers, site supervisors as and when required
- Provide progress reports to management on regular intervals on the status of works, financial performance
- Build working relationship with clients \- attend site meetings, discussing future requirements, current work progress and answering queries
- Provide support to team members for all technical, H\&S and account\-based queries
- Ensure staff are adequately trained
- Monitor attendance, accident reporting, First Aid provision, Induction Training, Toolbox Talks, Method Statement \& Risk Assessments, Workplace Inspections and Sub\-Contractor management.
- Performance and absence management for your team
You’ll need a minimum of 3 years’ experience contracts/project management within the building sector as well as having an established trade \- either electrical, mechanical or carpentry.

- Full UK Driving licence
- Strong leadership \& team management skills
- Able and willing to travel between jobs
- Able and willing to stay away on occasion if required to by the business
- £40k \- £50k starting salary
- Permanent full\-time contract
- 28 days holiday (inc bank holidays)
