Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and manage resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support the Sales team in acquiring new projects.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the EV charging market and relevant regulations.
- Lead RFQ/RFI processes and achieve project targets according to defined milestones.
- Execute projects as the local support representative in Europe.
- Act as Project Manager for the fast\-charging business based in Germany.
- Serve as a key project driver to ensure timely and high\-quality project results.
- Degree in Science or Engineering, or a related field.
- More than one year of experience in the Li\-ion power battery industry or ECU development.
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in English and German as working languages.
- Ability to communicate effectively with German and other European customers.
- Solid understanding of the EV charging industry.
- Project management experience.
