Project Manager

We're partnering with a well-established, privately owned construction business that's entering an exciting period of growth.

Known for delivering exceptional residential and commercial developments across Surrey and the surrounding counties, the business has built its reputation on quality, craftsmanship and long-standing client relationships. Now, with ambitious plans for expansion, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help shape the next chapter.

This is more than a project delivery role. You'll work closely with the Directors, leading projects from pre-construction through to completion while helping develop the systems, processes and people that will support future growth.

You'll be responsible for: • Managing high-quality construction projects from handover to completion.

• Leading Site Managers and coordinating subcontractors.


• Maintaining programme, quality and commercial performance.


• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.


• Supporting the continued growth of the business through operational excellence.

We're looking for someone who has: • Project Management experience with a principal contractor.

• Residential and/or commercial construction experience.


• Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills.


• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.


• A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine pride in delivering quality projects.
