Please note that this position is a temporary parental leave for approx. 24 months

Your challenge

• Independently manage small and medium\-sized development projects end\-to\-end, from initiation through delivery and project acceptance


• Develop and maintain project timelines, critical path analysis, milestone plans, and dependency mapping across work packages


• Manage resource allocation by identifying staffing needs and submitting resource requests to line managers


• Proactively identify, assess, and report project and product risks; develop and implement mitigation strategies


• Track and report on project KPIs, forecasts, customer\-facing risks, and milestone achievements


• Build and develop cross\-functional project teams in coordination with line managers

The skills needed

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, natural sciences, or a related technical field


• At least 2 years of hands\-on project management experience, ideally in the semiconductor, high\-tech, or related manufacturing industry


• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and critical path management


• Familiarity with stage\-gate processes, quality gates, and structured deliverable acceptance


• Analytical and structured approach to complex problems; comfortable making decisions with incomplete information under time pressure


• Excellent communication skills — clear, audience\-appropriate messaging for technical and executive stakeholders alike, combined with strong active listening


• Open, transparent working style with a genuine interest in continuous learning and process improvement
