Project Manager (2 positions)

Key Responsibilities
- To lead and manage the day\-to\-day delivery of affordable housing
- To play a key role in balancing cost, quality and programme
- To contribute development and construction expertise
- To identify, appraise and progress new development opportunities
- Experience working within a housing association or public sector, particularly working in a development team or relevant qualification.
- Experience managing construction or housing development projects from pre\-contract through to post\-completion.
- Experience of working with and directing consultants, contractors and multi\-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Professionalism, resilience and solution\-focused.
- Ability to travel as required to meet the demands of the role.
We are running a pilot of working a 4\-day week (4DW).
