Project Leader / Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) – Asset Management & Bidding Support (PPP/PFI)
To strengthen our Asset Management team in Cologne or Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Project Leader / Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) – Asset Management \& Bidding Support (PPP/PFI) at the earliest possible start date.

Your Responsibilities
- Take on asset management responsibilities for our PPP/PFI projects (road and building infrastructure) during the operational phase
- Represent project companies towards clients, shareholders, service providers, and other stakeholders (including committee participation)
- Manage risk management, budget controlling, and reporting (commercial / contractual / technical)
- Take on governance roles within project companies (e.g. shareholder representation and/or managing director / authorized signatory functions) to ensure continuity and operational support
- Support bid and project origination phases (e.g. coordinating processes, contributing to contractual and commercial topics, and managing interfaces)
- Completed commercial or technical degree
- Several years of professional experience in asset management, project execution/development, or operations (including facility management) of PPP/PFI projects
- Strong contractual understanding and the ability to analyze and manage complex stakeholder and contractual relationships
- High level of ownership, structured working style, and excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Very good MS Office skills; experience with reporting/controlling tools is an advantage
- Fluent German and good English skills, as well as willingness to travel to project locations
