Assignment Description

The consultant would step in and take ownership of a large, ongoing strategic go\-to\-market initiative. The project is highly cross\-functional and involves a broad stakeholder landscape, so we are looking for someone who can quickly create structure, drive alignment and move the work forward with a high degree of independence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the strategic go\-to\-market initiative, ensuring alignment across different functions.


• Facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.


• Implement project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary.


• Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders to drive engagement.


• Identify risks and challenges, proposing solutions to keep the project on track.


• Report on project performance and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

• Senior profile with experience from Nordic and/or global organisations


• Strong project/programme management capabilities


• Strong stakeholder management skills


• Solid experience leading complex go\-to\-market initiatives

• Experience with positioning, value propositions, messaging or broader product marketing


• Experience from the automotive/mobility industry
