Join us as the Project Lead Digitalization (f/m/d) Europe, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the GT Order Execution Europe Team with essential digitalization initiatives. You will drive and manage key digital topics that enhance internal processes, ensuring that regional initiatives progress smoothly towards completion. By identifying areas for optimization and efficiency improvements, you will interface with a global team while collaborating closely with factories across Europe and beyond. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the future of our operations.

\+\+ To ensure a correct processing of your application, please send your application in English. \+\+ How You’ll Make an Impact* Responsibility as regional product owner for digital tools supporting Order Execution, including backlog prioritization, roadmap definition, and tracking of value realization

• Management of the European rollout of Mendix applications within the Order Execution framework


• Driving of process improvements across the region through application of artificial intelligence and automation technologies


• Leadership of innovative digitalization initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and efficiency along the Order Execution lifecycle


• Provision of tailored digital solutions for regional teams, including development and deployment of Mendix applications and Power BI dashboards to support Order Execution and Project Management processes

What You Bring* University degree in a technical field or similar educational training combined several years of experience

• Many years of experience in digital tool implementation and digital transformation initiatives


• Hands\-on experience developing Mendix applications and setting up PowerBI dashboards is required; experience with SAP data architecture and data extraction is highly desirable


• Effective communicator at both operational and strategic levels


• Strong understanding of end\-to\-end business processes, preferably within Order Execution, Project Management, or operations\-focused environments


• Willingness to travel up to 40 % and business fluent English Skills
