Please note this role is hybrid position in which you would be required to work onsite 3 days per week and work from home 2 days per week.

Purpose of the role:

• Lead the successful delivery of complex, cross\-functional projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to specification.


• Act as the central coordination point between internal teams, global stakeholders, and external partners to drive alignment and execution.


• Manage cost, risk, and resource planning across the project lifecycle to deliver expected commercial and operational benefits.

• Be accountable for end\-to\-end delivery of defined projects/workstreams to cost, specification, and schedule.


• Lead day\-to\-day project execution.


• Develop and maintain key project management deliverables such as schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and performance reports.


• Ensure project costs are tracked and managed throughout the lifecycle, delivering expected cost benefits and contractual commitments.


• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery.


• Provide clear reporting and insights to senior management, supporting effective decision\-making.


• Drive continuous improvement and implementation of project management best practices.

• Proven experience in project or programme management.


• Strong background in delivering large\-scale, multi\-stakeholder projects across supply chain and operations.


• Demonstrated experience in financial planning, cost management, and delivering commercial outcomes.


• Skilled in stakeholder management, with the confidence to engage global partners and senior stakeholders.


• Experience using project management and ERP tools such as Primavera P6 and SAP.
