We are seeking an experienced and proactive Kitchen \& Joinery Project Installation Manager to oversee the successful delivery of residential and commercial installation projects from pre\-start through to completion. The Role \-
As the Kitchen \& Joinery Project Installation Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the installation of bespoke kitchens, fitted furniture, and joinery projects. You will act as the key link between clients, designers, manufacturers, installers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities \-
Project Management \-
- Manage multiple kitchen and joinery installation projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain installation programmes and project schedules.
- Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, labour, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact timelines or quality.
- Conduct pre\-installation site surveys and assessments.
- Ensure site readiness before installation commences.
- Manage installers and subcontractors on\-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Carry out regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation phase.
- Maintain clear communication regarding progress, variations, and project milestones.
- Attend client meetings and site reviews as required.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project costs and labour allocation.
- Manage project variations and communicate any commercial impacts.
- Support procurement and scheduling teams to ensure materials are available when required.
- Maintain accurate project records using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Assist in project handovers and completion documentation.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct site risk assessments and maintain required records.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism across all installation teams.
- Proven experience managing kitchen, joinery, cabinetry, or interior fit\-out installation projects.
- Strong understanding of kitchen installation processes and bespoke joinery.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and client\-facing skills.
- Competent with project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience working with high\-end residential projects.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, technical specifications, and site surveying.
