IB\&F O\&E TEAM GERMANY \- Support in the origination and structuring of Project Finance operations, taking primary responsibility for deal execution and all administrative task around the deal.

About the role

• Support in the origination of Project Finance (PF) commercial opportunities by collaborating in the elaboration of the documentation needed for the mandate origination.


• Assist in identifying target industries/ clients by analyzing clients financial profile Attend meetings with clients recurrently.


• Support clients during all the Project Finance execution process: Conduct the analysis of the operation, including detailed modelling and review of the documentation in\-depth.


• Carry out the debt financial model for defining the debt structure proposal, focusing on ensuring the economic viability and strength of the operation.


• Provide support in: Obtaining the required risk and business pre\-approvals before presenting the pitch to the client, elaborating the pitch (including on it a study about economic market situation, initial assessment, tentative calendar, BBVA’s credentials, etc.), negotiating the contract’s terms and conditions in collaboration with Legal, obtaining the definitive Risk approval.


• Conduct the due diligence process, checking and reviewing all documents and interfacing with the client and external advisors, as well as other banks.


• Record the commercial opportunity in the Pipeline application, updating its status along the life of the operation.


• Register all transactions in Delta Management application prior to the operation’s signing and execution.


• Report to the Project Finance Industry Manager on a periodic and ad\-hoc basis about the status of all ongoing transactions under his/ her responsibility.
