Due to our continual growth, we have a new position for a Project Engineer based in our premises at Blaenavon.

The Project Engineer is responsible for managing new products from concept to completion, ensuring they meet technical, budgetary and scheduling requirements. They will work closely with suppliers and clients to deliver high\-quality, cost\-effective engineering solutions, including arranging Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and other independent inspections as required.

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering/manufacturing operations or equivalent demonstratable experience. Previous experience of working in a project engineer role is essential.

You will need experience and knowledge of working with different materials of construction (mild/carbo/stainless/aluminium/nonferrous), with particular attention to the final finishing/polishing of goods to a high aesthetic standard.

· Supplier \& Client Liaison

· Quality Assurance \& Continuous Improvement

· ISO 9001 – Quality Management System

· Track and monitor KPIs

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be self\-motivated with a desire to set high standards of work performance for yourself and others.

You will be innovative and open to new ideas with the ability to find solutions to problems in an efficient and effective manner. A positive outlook and ‘can do’ approach to tasks is essential.
