  • Mentoring colleagues and supporting graduates, interns or apprentices as required.
About You

You'll be an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and working in an innovation\-focused environment. You'll be comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver impactful engineering solutions.

You'll ideally have:

  • A degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Oil \& Gas Engineering or Naval Architecture.

  • Around five years' relevant industry experience or demonstrable equivalent experience.

  • Experience delivering technical engineering projects and activities successfully.

  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and engaging with industry partners.

  • Knowledge of floating wind and the wider offshore wind industry.

  • Experience using CAD, mechanical analysis and numerical modelling software.

  • Strong problem\-solving, communication and organisational skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • A proactive, innovative and collaborative approach to engineering challenges.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of offshore renewable energy supply chains.

  • Offshore field experience within offshore renewables or a related industry.
