Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Ingénieur Projet pour soutenir l'équipe de projet management sur plusieurs grands projets industriels en France ou à l'international. Le poste est basé en région parisienne.

VOS MISSIONS:

Vous serez responsable de la coordination technique de nos projets, conformément à nos procédures internes. Vos principales missions seront :

• Assister le Lead Project Engineer dans l'analyse des clauses contractuelles techniques et la rédaction des spécifications générales d'études du projet.


• Coordonner techniquement le projet, en gérant les contraintes techniques du contrat et en assurant la coordination entre les différentes spécialités internes telles que la mécanique, l'électricité, l'instrumentation et le génie des procédés.


• Gérer les PFD et PID du projet en collaboration avec le département Procédés


• Contribuer à l'optimisation des études en termes de coûts, délais, qualité et sécurité, en utilisant des outils tels que la méthode PERT/CPM et les logiciels de gestion de projet.


• Participer au traitement des problèmes techniques identifiés tout au long du projet, ainsi qu'aux différentes études de risques telles que les analyses HAZOP, AMDEC, ARA et EVREX.


• Gérer la documentation technique du projet et assurer sa cohérence avec les exigences contractuelles et les normes en vigueur.


• Participer à l'évolution des standards et à la capitalisation des bonnes pratiques tout au long du projet.

• Solides compétences en analyse contractuelle et rédaction technique, avec une connaissance des normes industrielles pertinentes telles que les normes API, ASME, ISO, etc


• Capacité avérée à coordonner plusieurs aspects techniques d'un projet simultanément.


• Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion d'équipe.


• Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et de la suite Microsoft Office.


• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives.

• Vous avez idéalement travaillé dans le domaine pétrolier et gazier.


• Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent


• 5 à 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle en tant que ingénieur projet, adjoint ou chef de projet en milieu industriel.


• Anglais et français courants

Vous n’êtes pas seulement un excellent Ingénieur Projet, mais vous vous engagez à réaliser votre projet avec un impact moindre sur l’environnement, en trouvant les meilleures solutions rentables pour réduire l’empreinte carbone du projet et limiter l’impact sur le lieu où le projet est réalisé.

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support the project management team on several major industrial projects in France or internationally.

The position is based in the Paris region.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for the technical coordination of our projects, in accordance with our internal procedures. Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting the Lead Project Engineer in analyzing technical contractual clauses and drafting general project study specifications.


• Technically coordinating the project, managing the technical constraints of the contract, and ensuring coordination among different internal specialties such as mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process engineering.


• Managing the PFDs and PIDs of the project in collaboration with the Process Department.


• Contributing to optimizing studies in terms of costs, deadlines, quality, and safety, using tools such as the PERT/CPM method and project management software.


• Participating in addressing technical issues identified throughout the project, as well as various risk studies such as HAZOP, AMDEC, ARA, and EVREX analyses.


• Managing the technical documentation of the project and ensuring its coherence with contractual requirements and applicable standards.


• Participating in the evolution of standards and the capitalization of best practices throughout the project.

• Strong skills in contractual analysis and technical writing, with knowledge of relevant industrial standards such as API, ASME, ISO, etc.


• Proven ability to coordinate multiple technical aspects of a project simultaneously.


• Excellent communication and team management skills.


• Proficiency in project management tools and the Microsoft Office suite.


• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

• You ideally have experience in the oil and gas industry.


• Engineering degree or equivalent. 5 to 10 years of professional experience as a project engineer, assistant, or project manager in an industrial environment.


• Fluency in both English and French
